Premium Fast Delivery (Selected Countries)

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days
  • Available in UK, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and select other European countries

Order Processing Time

Delivery Attempt & Failed Deliveries

 

If You’re Not Home

  • Courier will leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card
  • Follow instructions to arrange redelivery or collection
  • Parcels are typically held for 7-10 days at local depot

Failed Delivery Attempts

If multiple delivery attempts fail:

  • Package may be returned to sender
  • You’ll be contacted to arrange redelivery
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Incorrect Address: If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be your responsibility. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

 

Package Not Arrived?

Standard Shipping: Contact us after 20 business days if your order hasn’t arrived
Express Shipping: Contact us after 10 business days
Premium Fast Delivery: Contact us after 7 business days

Resolution

  • We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier
  • If lost: Full refund or replacement sent

Order Changes & Delivery Address Updates:

 

Before Dispatch (1-3 days after order)

  • Change your delivery address
  • Add delivery instructions
  • Update contact details

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

After Dispatch

Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request address changes (may not always be possible).

Undeliverable Packages
