Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us at office@wowera.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging (where applicable)
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Not be damaged or altered

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care items
  • Underwear and intimate products
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at office@wowera.uk within 14 days of receiving your order

Step 2: We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address

Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and ship them back

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Important: Please note that some items may need to be returned to international locations. We’ll provide specific instructions based on your product and situation.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using tracked shipping services
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at office@wowera.uk with photos
  • We will cover return shipping costs or arrange collection
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label where possible

Refund Process

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund processed within 5-10 business days
  • Funds will return to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full product price refunded for eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded (unless we were at fault)

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@wowera.uk

Step 2: Provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage/defect
  • Description of the issue

Step 3: We’ll offer:

  • Full refund, OR
  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged or defective items.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at office@wowera.uk
  • We’ll arrange return at no cost to you
  • We’ll send the correct item or issue a full refund (your choice)

Lost or Missing Orders

Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

Step 1: Check tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email

Step 2: Contact us at office@wowera.uk if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it

Step 3: We’ll investigate with the carrier

Resolution:

  • If lost by carrier: Full refund or replacement
  • If marked as delivered: We’ll work with you to resolve the issue

Please note: We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at office@wowera.uk

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

Step 1: Return the original item following our return process

Step 2: Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipping

You can cancel your order before it ships:

  • Contact us immediately at office@wowera.uk
  • If we haven’t processed your order yet, we’ll cancel and refund in full
  • Orders typically process within 1-2 business days

After Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. You must follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

International Returns

Please note that Wowera ships products from various international locations. Return addresses may differ depending on where your item was shipped from. We’ll provide specific return instructions when you contact us.

Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on returned items.

Processing Delays

Please allow additional processing time during:

  • Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Holiday periods
  • Warehouse inventory updates
